Basil Pantry was initially created for anyone who wanted a healthier lifestyle and doesn't have the time to shop for groceries and cook every week. But now, it is the lifestyle of Hundreds of People in Islamabad.

Yes, its a customized menu w.r.t your BMI and your preferences.
You’ll receive 4 meals a day. These meals can be for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack. If you’d like, you can select all 4 options.
You have the option to select up to 28 meals a week if you’d like.
You’ll receive your daily meals each noon. Our riders provide you with them at your doorstep whether it is your home or office or even both.
You can choose multiple addresses for your daily orders.
This service is only for Islamabad/Rawalpindi & its vicinity areas.
You won’t have to cook. I cook them myself for you and these are all ready-to-eat. We’ll ship them in a special package so they stay fresh. You’ll then receive them in a box at your door step. Once you receive them, simply store them in the fridge and microwave them when you’re ready to eat.
You’ll receive your orders every day as per your chosen plan.
Lets say you choose monthly plan, your are given 30 credit points. 1 day means 1 credit point. You can consume your credit within 60 days.
You’ll receive your package in a special Eco-Friendly box that is insulated for meals to last up to 3 days and still stay fresh. We’ve gone back and forth with my suppliers as to what the best solution would be and the current option is by far the best!
We accept online payments via bank transfers.
Important Notice - Please Read
Before starting any diet and exercise programs, please consult your medical advisor.
Payments are non refundable. You may put plan on hold for up to 30 days .After 30 days all meal credits will expire, if any.
Force Majeure: Acts of God, Civil disorder and weather events may cause disruption in delivery. While we make every effort to fulfill our commitments, we will never put our staff and clients at risk.
In case of delivery disruption, on best effort basis, we will guide you about the alternatives food you may consume and issue meal credits when possible.

If you have an underlying medical condition, please consult with your doctor before joining Basil Pantry's programs.
Once the payment is made, it is not our policy to refund payment(s) at any point during the remainder selected meal plan.
Partial refunds will also not be entertained.
In the event of extreme weather, civil disorder, lockdowns or other such events, Basil Pantry will try to deliver food on a best effort basis and deliveries may be delayed. If we feel our riders will be placed at risk there will be no delivery on that day and we will guide you on what can be eaten on such a day. Your non delivery day will be carried forward.
