Payments are non refundable. You may put plan on hold for up to 30 days .After 30 days all meal credits will expire, if any.
Force Majeure: Acts of God, Civil disorder and weather events may cause disruption in delivery. While we make every effort to fulfill our commitments, we will never put our staff and clients at risk.
In case of delivery disruption, on best effort basis, we will guide you about the alternatives food you may consume and issue meal credits when possible.

Once the payment is made, it is not our policy to refund payment(s) at any point during the remainder selected meal plan.
Partial refunds will also not be entertained.
In the event of extreme weather, civil disorder, lockdowns or other such events, Basil Pantry will try to deliver food on a best effort basis and deliveries may be delayed. If we feel our riders will be placed at risk there will be no delivery on that day and we will guide you on what can be eaten on such a day. Your non delivery day will be carried forward.
